To help you excel in your position, we’ve designed training to equip you with the tools, resources, and knowledge necessary for success.
The following training covers all of the steps necessary to place talent for Creatives On Call. You will learn to source and recruit candidates to our candidate pool. You will learn to interview candidates and activate them in our system. You will then learn to match the right candidate to the perfect job opening and manage them efficiently once they are placed.
We will cover both the soft skills and the technical know-how necessary to complete these tasks within the Creatives On Call system.
As you proceed through this training we will offer exercises that walk you through the entire recruiting process from start to finish. When you complete it, you will be up to speed on all our basic procedures.
You will also find many helpful templates, system screenshots, and definitions of key terms throughout the training, which can all serve as good references for you — so be sure to bookmark these for future reference!
